Legal Internship Program off to Great Start

WOC's summer legal internship program, which gives promising law students a chance to gain practical experience in environmental law while earning class credit, got off to a great start this summer with third-year law student Jason Manson from Vermont Law School.

In addition to conducting general legal research, Jason provided excellent research and writing on a variety of WOC program issues, including oil and gas production and taxation and the Endangered Species Act.

"Jason will be missed," says Tom Darin, program supervisor and director of WOC's Public Lands and Resources Program. "We look forward to working with Vermont Law School and other law schools in the future."
